The 2007 Adults Only Show will take place on the 5th to the 7th October 2007 at The National Indoor Arena, Birmingham, UK.
Britain is to get a brand new adult consumer show later this year, which will be aiming to bring some of the glamour and glitz of the Berlin and Las Vegas events to the UK while also providing the industry with a completely new route to market. Called Adults Only, the new fully licensed show is being organised by threeonethree events – the company behind the successful ETO Show – and will take place at the National Indoor Arena (NIA), Birmingham, from October 5th – 7th 2007.
Jonathan Kirk of threeonethree events commented: “Since we launched the ETO Show in 2005, exhibitors have repeatedly requested that we launch a cost-effective public event where they can meet consumers, create awareness of their brands and actually sell their products. Adults Only is an opportunity to raise the profile of the whole of the adult industry and bring some of the sparkle from overseas events to the UK.”
To this end, the organisers will be actively encouraging film companies to bring adult performers to the show for personal appearances, and a number of high profile media partnerships are expected to be announced over the coming months.
“We expect the girls to be a pretty big attraction for the media,” added Kirk, “but we’re well aware that parts of the UK adult industry are being stifled through a lack of outlets. Adults Only will be a brand new sales channel for all our exhibitors.”
Birmingham is Britain’s second largest city and its location, right in the centre of the UK, provides visitors with easy access from anywhere in the country. The NIA venue itself is located in Broad Street, very close to many of Birmingham’s top hotels, restaurants and nightspots, and it enjoys excellent transport links, including the nearby New Street train station, and plenty of underground parking.
