Announces Upcoming Launch of Adult Content Chip for PDAs and Silvia

BARCELONA, Spain, February 13, 2002 -- Private is
pleased to announce the upcoming worldwide release of PrivatePDA E-Mags
adult content chips for Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) that
feature full-color video clips, adult games and multimedia stories with
high quality color slideshows and digital audio.
Developed in cooperation with some of the world's leading experts in
video compression and PDA software, Private believes the PrivatePDA E-Mag
is the most advanced multi-media product for the current PDA
marketplace.
Private will initially release three titles: Silvia Saint: In the Palm
of Your Hand, The Private Gladiator: Special Edition, and PrivatePDA: E-Mag
No.1, which features Private Girls Jodie Moore, Michelle Wild, Nikki
Blonde and many more. All three titles will be available on an industry
standard SD/MMC chip, running on Microsoft's Pocket PC operating system.
Private kicked off its PDA campaign with a successful sneak preview at
January's AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, which included a press
conference featuring project developer John Pruzanski and President and
CEO Charles Prast. PrivatePDA also received positive feedback at the
Private booth during the three-day exhibition with some retailers
already asking for advanced orders of the product.
'The AVN sneak preview was just the beginning of an extensive
promotional campaign for PrivatePDA, but it gives us a good indication
of the high level of interest the product is going to draw from both the
adult and hi-tech markets,' Pruzanski said. Charles Prast, President and
